Job Summary

Morrow County School District has an opening for an Elementary School Counselor at Windy River Elementary School in Boardman OR beginning with the 2026-27 school year. Candidate must possess or be able to obtain fullOregon Licensure with proper grade level authorization endorsement in school counseling and must be Highly Qualified.

Morrow County is located in rural north central Oregon bordered on the north by the Columbia River and timbered by the Umatilla National Forest on the southern border. There are 9 campuses approximately 2200 students and 320 staff.
