Job Description

What Youll Do:

As an integral member of the Global Sales Operations organization your mission will be to transform the Salesforce ecosystem by optimizing digital tools that directly increase seller productivity and operational efficiency. You will go beyond standard data management to explore and implement AI-driven opportunities that help our global sales teams identify and capture new revenue

And thats not all! Youll have amazing opportunities to collaborate with fellow interns on a high-impact group project to be presented at the end of the internship and youll participate in exclusive events and activities that will immerse you in Motorola Solutions dynamic culture.

In this role youll have a chance to develop your team leadership and technical skills through:

• Innovating the Seller Experience: Help design and deploy streamlined workflows and governance frameworks that remove friction for our sales force.

• Championing AI & Automation: Research and pilot emerging AI capabilities to drive predictive insights and automated sales workflows.

• Delivering High-Impact Strategy: Partner with a cohort of fellow interns on a cross-functional group project culminating in a presentation to senior leadership that addresses a real-world business challenge.

• Architecting Data Excellence: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data that fuels our global enterprise.

• Immersing in Our Culture: Participate in exclusive executive networking events and professional development activities designed to integrate you into our high-velocity innovative environment.

Note: Candidate must be in the Chicago office 3 days per week.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma is required

• Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
