- Receive deliveries check shipments against purchase orders and ensure everything matches up.
- Organize and store supplies with care rotating perishable items using FIFO methods.
- Distribute supplies quickly and efficiently to the right departments.
- Maintain clean safe and organized storage areas refrigerators and freezers.
- Prepare clear inventory and usage reports for management.
- Work closely with vendors kitchen staff and internal teams to coordinate supply needs.
- Provide friendly responsive serviceanswering questions and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Stock shelves rotate merchandise and create neat appealing displays.
What Youll Need to be Successful:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in inventory control food service operations or supply coordination.
- Minimum of 1 year of handsâon inventory management experience.
- Basic understanding of food safety best practices preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
