Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Springhill Medical Center is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our hospital with strategic vision operational excellence and a commitment to high-quality patient care. This role oversees all aspects of hospital leadership including strategy operations financial performance and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and organizational direction
- Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Oversee financial performance budgeting and resource allocation
- Build strong relationships with physicians staff and community partners
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent the hospital in community and industry settings
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree or significant leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare system
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Proven ability to manage operations finances and organizational growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rural or community hospital leadership
- Background in physician relations and service line development
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and quality improvement models
