This position will belocatedon-site at our Global Headquarters in Westlake OH.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and analyzing financial results to create actionable insights for operational partners to leverage and apply
Engage with peers and team members to obtain knowledge to complete projects
Develop and implement various frameworks and business intelligence reporting
Explore and implement creative applications of AI and automation tools to enhance data visualization and drive predictive insights for the FP&A team
Liaise with other operational partners to advise decision makers or complete project requests
Maintain accuratedocumentation and records on all projects assigned
Follow all current standards utilized by your team

Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. Seekingrising junior or senior applicants.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.PowerBIor other business intelligence knowledge/experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well asmaintainprofessionalism with those outside of department
Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Growth mindset oriented can implement feedback and work to continuously improve
Demonstrated success atmaintaininghigh personal work standards
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
Sharp fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude
