Job Duties
As ourMOD TECH SUPPORT EXPERT you willprovide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process; booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP initiate invoice downpayments requisition parts follow-up with customers and coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs.
Other Listed Duties as Needed
Performing and ensuring survey accuracy clarifying technical scope and overseeing the handover to project Supervisors at Milestone 2Z.
Auditing and validating installation processes at the front-line level to ensure method and process alignment.
Assessing feedback from local modernization employees and recommending improvements to the area Installation Innovation & Enablement Team.
Assisting in field validation of corrective actions to ensure their effectiveness.
Additional duties as assigned.
Hiring requirements
You willbring8 years of progressive and successful Modernization field experience to KONE.
You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelors degree within a technical curriculum and/or equivalent elevator- escalator industry experience.
Preferably a strong background at the field modernization level with progressive and demonstrated installation management and training skills covering a broad range of modernization of elevator and escalators progressing to and including supervising managing and leading people within a union workforce progressive and successful customer service experience to KONE along with an appetite for learning a new industry.
2-year associates degree preferably within a technical curriculum and/or 5 years of equivalent elevator- escalator industry experience. A High School education or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role is $$228000. The compensation package offered will depend on candidates ability to meet the requirements of the role needs for the business strategy and a range of factors unique to each candidate including their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
