The Center for Leadership in Disability in the Mark Chaffin Centers for Healthy Development is seeking Sponsor Funded Project Coordinator to support the Georgia Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities (GaLEND) program grant including the Audiology Supplement funded by HRSA as well as related NIH maternal and child health grants led by the MCCHD Director. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for meeting project deliverables: Coordinating community outreach and engagement LEND course clinical and community activities arranging and documenting continuing education requirements for audiologists data collection and summary reporting to the project director and leadership team and assisting the project director and leadership team with preparing project reports. The Project Coordinator will attend project meetings record meeting minutes and assist with meeting agenda development.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate logistics for all in person and virtual trainings related to training current trainees and coordination of continuing education efforts across state and national audiences
- Coordinate program partners to ensure excellent fit in all community CNA clinical partnership.
- Cultivate and coordinate new community and clinical partnerships that address emerging workforce needs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal funder guidance related to implementation and evaluation of the LEND program audiology supplement and related MCH grants such as Mom-Net
- Obtain certification and maintain reliability in implementing virtual coaching support data collection and coding of mother-child interaction
- Assist the Training Director in providing feedback to GaLEND trainees in specific disciplines.
Serve as liaison between the GaLEND grant team and partners within GSU local universities and clinical and community agencies. - Serve as a key member of evaluation team supporting the dissemination of community facing and academic publications to share new knowledge developed in the program.
- Complete related PC coordination activities as assigned by the LEND Training Director and PI.
- Attend and assist in organizing all project meetings take meeting minutes assist the PI/Training Director in
developing meeting agendas and monitoring progress toward project deliverables. - Assist the Training Director in developing the evaluation requirements consistent with the American Academy of
Audiology. 2020 --Document CEU progress of participants. - Ensure participant receipt of appropriate CEUs for participating in educational offerings.
- Complete related project coordination duties as assigned by the PI and Training Director.
- Other duties as assigned.
