We look forward to welcoming our next group of interns!Materials Management InternReporting to: Planning and Purchasing Position Overview:The Materials Management Intern will support the Materials and Supply Chain team by assisting with data accuracy inventory analysis purchasing activities and production tracking. This role provides hands-on exposure to materials planning procurement and operational & Responsibilities:Continue the project of updating purchase part descriptions in EVO with a focus on standardization commonality and consistencyResearch and compile Country of Origin (COO) information for existing parts including HTS codes and supporting documentation to support tariff mitigation effortsAssist with new part setup procedures ensuring accurate and complete system entriesConduct inventory analysis and provide recommendations for Reorder Levels (ROL) and Reorder Amounts (ROA) focusing on one to two product linesExecute purchase orders under the guidance of the Materials teamTrack and report production status for defined projects and schedulesLearning Outcomes:Exposure to ERP systems and materials data managementUnderstanding of inventory planning and procurement processesExperience supporting compliance-related supply chain initiativesDevelopment of analytical and cross-functional communication skillsManufacturing InternReporting to: ProductionPosition Overview:The Manufacturing Intern will support shop floor operations and continuous improvement initiatives by assisting with documentation process analysis and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) activities.
