Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision: Provide direct support to front line team members in meeting their daily production targets to ensure customer expectations are met.
Resource Management: Allocates and coordinates resources effectively to meet operational objectives.
Performance Management: Conducts performance evaluations provides feedback manages member development recognition and ensures accountability and policy adherence.
Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational issues and coaching and mentoring teams problem-solving capabilities.
Process Improvement: Collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to improve the production system and meet customer demand.

Leadership: The ability to guide motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals while fostering collaboration accountability and a positive work environment.
Critical Thinking Problem Solving: The ability to analyze situations evaluate options and develop effective solutions using logic creativity and sound judgment.
Operational Management: The ability to oversee daily operations optimize processes allocate resources effectively and ensure productivity while meeting organizational goals and maintaining quality standards. Adjusts resources and priorities based on capacity material availability and customer demand.
Team Communication: Sets example and models excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders support teams and with own team

Ability to effectively leads the team through 5S Visual Management standardized work and Daily Management System.
Computer Skills: Strong skills in Excel Power BI or Tableau for operational reporting. Ability to analyze production data to identify trends bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP. Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for inventory and production scheduling
