Athletic Trainer Hobbs NM Full-Time 12-Month Contract Collegiate Athletics (NAIA) Professional Therapy Partners is hiring a full-time Athletic Trainer to support an NAIA member institution in Hobbs New Mexico. This is a 12-month contract role supporting collegiate student-athletes across multiple sports. You provide on-site athletic training services while being supported by a virtual assistant Athletic Trainer allowing you to focus on care delivery without carrying the full administrative burden alone. This role fits clinicians who value structure teamwork and consistent scheduling in a collegiate environment. What You Will Do- Provide on-site athletic training coverage for practices and competitions
- Evaluate and manage athletic injuries and conditions
- Develop and oversee injury prevention and rehabilitation programs
- Coordinate care with coaching staff and medical providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and injury reports
- Collaborate with a virtual Athletic Trainer for care coordination and follow-up
What We Are Looking For- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree strongly preferred
- BOC Athletic Trainer Certification in good standing
- Licensed Athletic Trainer in New Mexico (or eligible for licensure)
- Current CPR/AED Certification
Schedule and Contract- Full-time
- 12-month contract
- On-site coverage with virtual support
Compensation- Salary Range: $70000 to $85000
- Pay aligned with experience and role scope
