Mesa seeks a skilled candidate that will have proposal writing and proposal estimating experience. Candidate must be capable of working independently with vendors to obtain the lowest price / best value that meets schedule requirements. Position requires computer skills in MS Word and Excel as well as daily interface with Accounting and Project Management software.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing proposal writing and estimating support for electrical panel fabrication business.
- Providing procurement/purchasing vendor cost negotiations and equipment receiving support in shop environment.
- Providing project scheduling/budgeting and task management in support of Project Manager.
- Developing project submittal packages.
- Maintaining and following companys Quality Assurance manual as changes are issued to shop.
