Job Summary
Position Type: Hybrid
Hybrid Schedule: 3-days onsite
Contract Length: 6 months extensions
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in Python data analytics and modern cloud-based data platforms. This role will support the development of a new data environment that will integrate with an enterprise AI solution. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of data structures hands-on experience with Power BI and exposure to Foundation Models as well as tools such as Bedrock SageMaker or similar AI/ML platforms.
In this position you will design develop and evaluate datasets and build high-impact reports and dashboards that drive analytics initiatives. Success in this role requires strong ETL capabilities analytical thinking and the ability to work across data engineering and AI-focused workflows.
Duties:
- Build intuitive and insightful reports anddashboardsusing visualization platforms likePower BI
- Integrate and process structured and unstructured data from various sources
- Build deploy or integrate intelligent models andgenerative AIsolutions into businessworkflowsusing AmazonSageMakerandAWSBedrock
- Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills:
- 5 years experience with writingPython
- 5 years experience with buildingdata pipelines
- 3 years experience inData Lakesin anAWS environment
- 3 years experience withreporting tools:Power BI
- 2 years experience withSQL
- Knowledge and experience with some of the majorCSPs(AWSandAzure)
- Experience designing reports charts anddashboardsusing tools such asPower BIQuickSight
- Proficient inPythonSageMakerBedrock Kiro and otherAIservices
- Understandsdata ingestionfrom various data sources (APIs databasescsv etc.) database structures
- Data-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in the fulldata lifecycle from ingestion and transformation to visualization andadvanced analytics
- Proficient in integrating and processing structured and unstructured data from various sources leveraging tools such asSQLPython orETL frameworks
- Expertise in building intuitive and insightful reports anddashboardsusing visualization platforms likePower BIis essential
- Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding ofAIandmachine learningconcepts with practical experience using platforms like AmazonSageMakerandAWSBedrock
- A combination of technical acuity problem-solving ability andbusiness awarenessis critical for success in this role
