Position: O365 Power Platform Engineer
Location: Torrance CA (Onsite)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled O365 Power Platform Engineer to provide end-to-end support for Microsoft Power Platform applications including Power Apps Power Automate (cloud flows) Power Automate Desktop (RPA bots) and Power Virtual Agents (chatbots).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues with apps flows RPA bots and chatbots.
- Handle 10 environment/app provisioning requests per month.
- Manage 18 incidents per month with timely resolution.
- Oversee 15 Power Automate Desktop RPA bots for reliability.
- Administer Power Platform environments enforce governance policies and maintain COE Dashboard.
- Manage Dataverse capacity provisioning and user access controls.
- Maintain and support Power Virtual Agents chatbots.
- Serve as primary contact for user queries and escalate issues to Microsoft Support as needed.
- Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes.
Support Model:
- Two dedicated Power Platform support engineers will ensure coverage and continuity.
- Follows Microsoft 365 support standards for response and resolution times.
