URGENT!! Caregiver Needed Humble, TX (77346) Day Shifts | Senior Couple

At Always Best Care we provide compassionate high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. With a strong focus on personal care safety and dignity we are proud to be a trusted provider in the Greater Houston area. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated caregivers to provide care for a married couple client in Humble TX (77346).

This position is for day shifts Monday through Friday usually between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and involves providing basic care and companionship. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors who need reliable day-to-day support.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide basic daily living assistance including medication reminders meal preparation light housekeeping and personal care.

• Provide care and support to a married couple in their home.

• Monitor and track client well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Assist with errands appointments and transportation including driving the clients to appointments using the clients vehicle.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities.

• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.

• Communicate effectively with clients families and supervisors to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a caregiver preferably in a senior care setting.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required.

• Must be comfortable driving clients using their vehicle.

• Ability to pass a background check and reference check.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Empathy patience and compassion toward elderly clients.
