Responsibilities

We are seeking a customer-focused representative to support a pediatric nutrition reimbursement program by assisting families and healthcare providers with insurance navigation and coverage questions. This role manages cases through a multi-step end-to-end workflow ensuring all consent documentation and compliance requirements are met. Working collaboratively across teams the representative helps move cases forward efficiently while delivering accurate timely and high-quality support.

Qualifications

What Youll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for families and caregivers
Capture accurate pediatric patient and caregiver information
Verify consent and documentation for nutrition and DME services
Triage requests and route cases to care teams
Coordinate intake materials (prescriptions CMNs clinical notes)
Coordinate and confirm dispense of product through DME

What Youll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required college coursework a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word Outlook & Excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain organize and present information
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks as assigned.
  • Experience in Healthcare intake DME or pediatric support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and family-centered communication skills
  • Comfort working with referrals orders and documentation
