Job Summary
Your mission
We have an exciting new role for you to consider: our next Service Operations Specialist supporting our European Service Center in Oberschleißheim Munich. This position is part-time for 38 hours per week.
Curious what this position is all about Lets dive in together:
- Process and accurately submit European servicerelated invoices (project services; repairs; hotline; logistics; warehousing; customs; warranty) into the financial system.
- Coordinate chargeable repair cases; prepare repair quotations; and ensure smooth communication between the repair center and our customers.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for servicerelated inquiries within Europe ensuring transparency and high service quality.
- Support internal service workflow improvements and contribute to efficient operational processes.
- Collaborate closely with service logistics and finance teams across Europe to ensure seamless case handling.
- Provide clear documentation and reporting to support service operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Data Analysis or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in service operations finance or administrative support.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage several tasks independently.
- Good analytical documentation and communication skills.
- Python skills are an advantage; experience with Selenium automation is a strong plus.
- English C1; German is a plus; additional European languages are always welcome.
- A collaborative mindset and a solutionoriented approach to daily tasks.
