Job Description Summary
Responsible for the initiation and implementation of plant initiatives and key contributor to innovation.
About the Role
Coordinate all products material and project related activities for the plant. Ensure fast execution in innovation projects and cost savings initiatives. Creating short and long term action plans through close collaboration with EPM Innovation teams Technology Sourcing organization all following Business input and needs.
What You Will Do
- Acts and behaves as a role model for safety.
- Responsible for creating and implementing initiatives for a plant designed to result in significant savings.
- Be the first point of contact for all the activities linked with product material and equipment changes
- Drives and coordinates the plant portfolio for all Innovation Initiatives
- Drives and executes together with local stakeholders actions to optimize product/material/equipment utilization
- Owns CHAMP process execution.
- Owns market quality and cost save CHAMPS.
- Maintain a close cooperation with GBIS / EPM / Sourcing and visit Markets to obtain input for new innovations and value creation opportunities.
- Secure perfect launch project execution challenging stop time and driving vertical start up. Secures application of Manufacturing Checklist within the plant. Drives unification of the technical forms and procedures between different technologies in the plant. Develops/Maintain SOP system Settings and production standards.
