About the Role
As a Retail Assistant youll be the face of Vinnies across multiple locations. Youll play a key role in creating a positive friendly and engaging in-store experience. Youll be hands-on in all areas of store operations providing high-quality customer service that helps customers and supporters feel welcome sorting and receipting donations to give pre-loved items a second life keeping the store well-presented organised and inviting and supporting day-to-day operations while working closely with your team.
About You
Previous retail experience is highly regarded but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced and meaningful retail environment.
To be successful you will be available to work across various locations within the ACT (Tuggeranong and Narrabundah) and Queanbeyan have availability for shifts on weekdays and weekends and enjoy working with people while contributing positively to a team-focused environment.
Successful applicants must be willing to undertake a National Police Check upon commencement.
