This full-time on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a growing staffing and recruiting firm focused on providing top-tier healthcare professionals.
In this role you will leverage your expertise in radiology to evaluate and interpret medical images ensuring accurate diagnoses that enhance patient care. You will work closely with healthcare facilities to fulfill their staffing needs utilizing your clinical knowledge to identify qualified candidates and facilitate successful placements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and interpret a variety of medical imaging studies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide expert consultation
- Conduct assessments of candidates clinical competencies for staffing
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and candidates
- Stay updated on advancements in radiology and healthcare staffing
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with a valid medical license
- 5 years of experience in radiology
- Strong proficiency in imaging modalities (X-ray CT MRI Ultrasound)
- Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care
- Level I Trauma
Schedule: 7a-5p or 12p-10p 7 on/7 off
No call requirement
Setting: Onsite and remote
Daily Volume: 40 RVUs
Will read from the neuro worklist (CT & MRI heads necks and spines) ED worklist (CT heads) and trauma worklist
Will set protocols for MRIs and CTs
Serve as the liaison between neuroradiology and neurosurgery neurology and neuro IR
Team Structure: 4 additional neuroradiologists and 8 residents
Preferred Experience: 5 years
Workstation provided
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
