Job Summary
- Lead mentor and develop the finance team to deliver highquality outputs.
- Oversee all daytoday finance operations including monthend reporting cashflow and controls.
- Produce accurate and timely management accounts with insightful commentary.
- Partner with nonfinance leaders to support strategic and operational decisionmaking.
- Strengthen financial processes systems and controls as the business scales.
- Support budgeting forecasting and longterm planning cycles.
- Ensure compliance with statutory tax and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent).
- Exceptional attention to detail with a natural ability to interpret and communicate financial data.
- Previous experience in a fastpaced privately owned businessideally one that has scaled or is scaling.
- Previous experience in working with nonfinance stakeholders building trust and influencing decisions.
- Handson proactive and comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and improving processes.
