Job Summary

As an Enterprise Architect you will:
  • Lead the design and architecture of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models across enterprise systems
  • Drive RBAC implementation strategy including role mining role engineering and entitlement mapping
  • Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and identify toxic access combinations
  • Validate role definitions access policies and role-to-entitlement mappings
  • Ensure IAM and RBAC frameworks align with organizational policies regulatory requirements and security standards
  • Provide advisory support for RBAC best practices audit readiness and compliance initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 10 years of experience in IAM RBAC architecture and enterprise security design
  • Proven expertise as an RBAC SME or IAM Architect
  • Strong experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint One Identity Azure AD or similar platforms
  • Deep knowledge of RBAC models role-mining methodologies and entitlement mapping
  • Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and risk mitigation strategies
  • Experience aligning IAM frameworks with compliance standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001
  • Strong analytical conflict analysis and problem-solving capabilities
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Architect scalable and secure RBAC frameworks
  • Analyze access conflicts and mitigate SoD risks effectively
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable access governance policies
  • Communicate complex IAM concepts clearly through training and documentation
