As an Enterprise Architect you will:
- Lead the design and architecture of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models across enterprise systems
- Drive RBAC implementation strategy including role mining role engineering and entitlement mapping
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and identify toxic access combinations
- Validate role definitions access policies and role-to-entitlement mappings
- Ensure IAM and RBAC frameworks align with organizational policies regulatory requirements and security standards
- Provide advisory support for RBAC best practices audit readiness and compliance initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of experience in IAM RBAC architecture and enterprise security design
- Proven expertise as an RBAC SME or IAM Architect
- Strong experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint One Identity Azure AD or similar platforms
- Deep knowledge of RBAC models role-mining methodologies and entitlement mapping
- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and risk mitigation strategies
- Experience aligning IAM frameworks with compliance standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001
- Strong analytical conflict analysis and problem-solving capabilities

- Architect scalable and secure RBAC frameworks
- Analyze access conflicts and mitigate SoD risks effectively
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable access governance policies
- Communicate complex IAM concepts clearly through training and documentation
