Job Summary

Role Overview
Were seeking a talented Creative Social Media Designer to join our expanding design team of 25 creative professionals. Youll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling social media content that drives engagement and delivers results for our clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Design eye-catching social media graphics for platforms including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter and emerging channels
Create carousel posts stories reels covers and other platform-specific content formats
Develop brand-consistent visual content aligned with campaign objectives and client guidelines
Collaborate with the social media strategy team to translate concepts into effective designs
Maintain design templates and asset libraries for efficient workflow
Stay updated on social media design trends platform updates and best practices
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns
Handle multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Incorporate feedback and iterate designs based on team and client input

Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in social media design or digital marketing
Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work across multiple platforms
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
Understanding of social media platform specifications and best practices
Strong typography color theory and composition skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of current design trends and digital culture
