Key Responsibilities

Planning & Design: Developing project plans specifications and technical drawings using software (like AutoCAD Revit).

Technical Oversight: Ensuring designs meet engineering standards performing site investigations and solving technical issues.

Project Management: Creating schedules managing resources monitoring progress and allocating tasks.

Budget & Cost Control: Estimating costs forecasting budgets and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

Quality & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols environmental regulations and building codes.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with clients contractors architects and management and providing progress reports.

Site Supervision: Conducting site inspections monitoring construction and managing logistics.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and recommending solutions.

Core Duties

Design Development: Creating detailed designs and implementing project plans.

Feasibility Studies: Conducting technical and feasibility assessments.

Regulatory Compliance: Handling permits and ensuring adherence to all rules.

Reporting: Preparing project status reports and documentation.

Resource Management: Managing equipment materials and labor.

Required Skills:

Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects. Designing and setting up survey systems including total stations and GPS receivers. Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.
