Job Summary

Job Title: Senior ETL Developer
Experience Level: 7 years

Qualification: BTech/MTech/MCA
Mode of Work: Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL Developer with deep handson expertise in building scalable data integration solutions and custom ETL workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Informatica/Talend advanced SQL UNIX scripting and performance tuning for largescale enterprise data systems. This role will work closely with crossfunctional teams to design optimize and deliver highquality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and deploy custom ETL workflows and transformation logic using tools such as Informatica or Talend.
Collaborate with business and data teams to translate data requirements into scalable ETL pipelines.
Integrate ETL processes with enterprise scheduling/orchestration tools like Autosys.
Develop complex SQL queries stored procedures and functions for PostgreSQL DB2 or Oracle databases.
Perform performance optimization and tuning across ETL workflows and database queries.
Build and maintain RESTful API integrations to support data ingestion and distribution.
Develop efficient Unix shell scripts for automation monitoring and job orchestration.
Troubleshoot and debug production ETL issues ensuring high system reliability.
Ensure adherence to data quality data governance and documentation standards.

Requirements

7 years of handson experience in ETL development.
Strong expertise in Informatica or Talend ETL tools.
Proficiency in relational databases: PostgreSQL DB2 and/or Oracle.
Expertise in Advanced SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
Experience integrating ETL processes with Autosys job scheduler.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API integration in data workflows.
Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts data modeling and best practices.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
Experience working in the Banking sector will be an added advantage.
Exposure to Python is a plus.
