Position - Software Implementation

Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Software Implementation Executive with 13 years of experience to manage end-to-end software deployment for clients. The role involves understanding client requirements configuring applications coordinating with technical teams and ensuring smooth system go-live and adoption.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure software applications as per business needs
Analyze client processes and translate them into system workflows
Coordinate with development teams for customizations and integrations
Conduct user training demos and implementation walkthroughs
Perform testing UAT support and go-live activities
Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
Prepare and maintain implementation documentation

Requirements

13 years of relevant experience in software implementation
Basic technical understanding of applications workflows and integrations
Familiarity with tools like Zoho CRM ERP or similar platforms (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple implementations and meet deadlines
