This role is central to structuring raising and managing exempt-market capital with a particular emphasis on sophisticated retail investors Limited Partnerships and opportunity trust successful candidate will maintain deep trusted relationships with Basecamps existing investor base exempt market dealers investment consultants and strategic partners while actively expanding the firms capital sources across Canada and selectively in the United States.
