Are you a highly capable and patient-centered Physician Assistant seeking a dynamic role in a supportive clinical environment Lifestream Health Center a regional leader in pain management and mental health care is expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our satellite offices across Baltimore (Woodlawn Fells Point Parkville Glen Burnie). The Role:
As a Physician Assistant in our satellite clinics you will be a key provider delivering high-quality care to patients dealing with chronic pain depression or substance use disorders. You will operate with significant autonomy while benefiting from robust support and seamless coordination with our main office. Clinic hours for this role are Monday - Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough patient assessments formulate accurate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage same-day patient visits and ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and within 72 hours.
- Administer in-house services such as trigger point injections and manage medication refills through our pharmacy.
- Initiate and manage appropriate referrals for diagnostic imaging services Physical Therapy Chiropractic care Orthopedic consultations and laboratory services.
- Coordinate care with the main office to ensure seamless patient transitions and support.
What You Bring:
- Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Maryland.
- Active CDS and DEA licenses.
- Preferred experience in pain management mental health behavioral health or addiction care.
- Exceptional clinical judgment strong organizational skills and a proven ability to follow through on tasks.
- A patient-first mindset dedicated to delivering comprehensive and compassionate whole-person care.
- Comfortable and proficient in practicing independently in a satellite clinic setting with comprehensive remote support.
