The Role

We are seeking a high-energy competitive and self-motivated Carrier Sales Representative to join a fast-growing tech-enabled logistics this role you wont just be moving freight; you will be building a business. You will be responsible for sourcing negotiating and managing a private portfolio of carrier relationships to ensure seamless service for a diverse customer base.

What Youll Do

Full-Cycle Ownership: Create and manage your own individual book of business through aggressive lead generation and relationship management.
Strategic Sourcing: Identify vet and negotiate with carrier partners to move available freight efficiently and profitably.
Market Mastery: Maintain a pulse on freight market trends to make informed real-time pricing and capacity decisions.
Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the customer sales team to resolve inquiries and ensure high-touch service delivery.
Capacity Documentation: Accurately track and manage truck capacity within our proprietary TMS to optimize workflow.

The Professional: You possess a Bachelors degree (Supply Chain Business or Communications preferred) and a strong work ethic.
Experience: While previous experience in logistics or customer service is preferred we value grit and a willingness to learn above all else.
