WJP is a fiscally sponsored project of TSNE ().
The Program Administration & Outreach Coordinator will provide administrative and outreach support for all programs and training including OSHA and SST classes. This role works closely with the Program and Training Associate and workers rights organizers to handle administrative tasks ensure program requirements are met and conduct community outreach to recruit participants for on-site training and events.
The ideal candidate aligns with WJPs mission and vision has a strong track record in administrative processes demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and possesses experience in community outreach.
This is an essential on-site role (100% on-site). The Program Administration & Outreach Coordinator ensures that administrative and outreach activities are conducted professionally culturally sensitively and consistently with WJPs mission. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.
This is a full-time TEMPORARY position with an anticipated end date of June 2026. Employment beyond June 2026 is dependent on available funding.

Compensation and Benefits
Location:Work will be primarily performed at the South Slope Worker Center/Hub on-site and occasionally at the Williamsburg Worker Center/Hub and will travel periodically. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Schedule:This is a temporary full-time position with an anticipated end date of June 2026. Employment beyond June 2026 is dependent on available funding. This role requires the ability to work WJPs regular business hours and the ability to work regularly in the evenings and on weekends.
Compensation:The starting salary for this position is $25 - $28 / hour.
