Role Responsibilities
In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers visiting the property.
- Welcoming guests upon arrival - ensuring they are oriented and do not get lost
- Escorting them to the model home and back as needed
- You will help create a positive and professional experience by offering water
- Answering basic questions - speaking knowledgeably about the property at a high level.
The ideal candidate is personable attentive and able to represent the property in a polished and welcoming manner.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a similar role such as a receptionist or front-desk position with a demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to reliably commute to and work from the West Hollywood office as scheduled with dependable transportation.
- The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills a professional demeanor and the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with clients visitors and team members.
