Our client is seeking an experienced EA who has directly supported a Chief Revenue Officer for a tech company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a numbers-driven environment understands the rhythm of sales organizations and can anticipate needs before they surface. Youre proactive detail-obsessed and calm under pressure with the ability to keep pace with a leader whose calendar (and priorities!) shift quickly.
The Role: Executive Assistant to Chief Revenue Officer (Contract-to-Hire)
The City: San Francisco (Hybrid)
The Money: $50-$70/hour DOE

The Day-to-Day Support
Manage complex ever-shifting calendars across internal meetings client calls pipeline reviews etc.
Coordinate travel aligned with revenue meetings conferences and client engagements
Prepare materials for sales reviews forecasting meetings and leadership offsites
Track action items and follow-ups from pipeline deal and strategy meetings to ensure momentum
Partner cross-functionally with Finance Marketing and Operations to support revenue initiatives and leadership priorities
