The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Job Inputs:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of the Supply Chain team and provide guidance support and direction to ensure efficient operations within the department.
  • Act as liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and ensure order expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes for post-order activities including order confirmation scheduling and logistics coordination.
  • Monitor vendor partner performance; identify concerns and implement corrective actions to ensure streamlined continuity of service.
  • Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to improve their experience and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing and registration requirements and regulations.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Additional education certifications or other distinctions are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Project Visio SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in Management Supervisory or Team Lead role.
  • Fleet management and/or Supply Chain Knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department.

    • Takes action quickly when performance is not meeting expectations
  • Adjusts quickly to new or changing work environment
  • Works within budgetary/financial objectives set by management
  • Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes expertise and judgement

Partners with other internal departments in an effort to find short term solutions for our customers and long term operational efficiencies

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $87550.00 - $124755.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
