Job Summary
Overview
Location:Harrisburg PA (Main Office) as well as Multiple East Coast Territories
Job Type: Full-time 11am-8pm Mon-Fri Experienced Leaders Preferred Paid Training Provided
Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and motivate a team of 5-10 sales representatives.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist in the recruitment of new sales talent and deliver effective initial and ongoing training to ensure the team is equipped with product knowledge sales skills and objection handling techniques.
- Field Management: Accompany sales reps in the field provide real-time coaching and ensure compliance with sales processes and local regulations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance metrics analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve close rates and overall team success.
- Strategy Development: Develop and refine sales strategies including territory mapping and target identification.

Annual earning potential: $55000K $125000K ( Even more for our top performers)
