Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) 13.20 per hour Permanent
This nursery is the newest addition to our clients growing group and has been thoughtfully designed to provide a welcoming home-from-home environment where children can develop new skills with confidence. Children enjoy access to a beautiful outdoor woodland area alongside fun age-specific rooms - ensuring theres never a dull moment.
This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner or Room Leader who is confident managing a room on a day-to-day basis. You will be comfortable making routine decisions organising staff and activities and maintaining high standards with minimal supervision.
Before You Apply
- This role requires recent experience working as a Room Leader or senior practitioner within an early years setting.
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) is essential.
- This position is not suitable for candidates without leadership responsibility at room level.

What Youll Need

- Lead the day-to-day running of your designated nursery room
- Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS

- Guide and support practitioners within the room
- Communicate effectively with parents and senior staff
- Monitor observations learning journals and room standards
