About the role:
Were seeking a Learning and Development Senior Analyst to join the team play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our talented workforce.
Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment:
- Analyze and assess learning and development needs across different departments to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Program Development:
- Design develop and implement engaging learning programs and materials tailored to various audiences including new hires and managers.
- Use modern learning methodologies and technologies to create impactful e-learning classroom training workshops and blended learning solutions.
- Program Evaluation:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback assessments and performance data.
- Continuously refine and improve learning initiatives based on data-driven insights and feedback.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR department leads and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives align with company goals and culture.
- Act as a consultant to departments needing development solutions.
- Learning Technologies:
- Use learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to deliver and track learning programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Produce regular reports on learning impact and program participation.
- Analyze learning data to identify trends insights and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in learning and development preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
- Fluent in English-Spanish is desirable.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Location & Work Model
- Hybrid 2-3 times/week: Our hybrid work model brings us to the office at least twice a week on strategic days designed to maximize team connection and collaboration.
