About the role:

Were seeking a Learning and Development Senior Analyst to join the team play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our talented workforce.

Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment:
• Analyze and assess learning and development needs across different departments to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
• Program Development:
• Design develop and implement engaging learning programs and materials tailored to various audiences including new hires and managers.
• Use modern learning methodologies and technologies to create impactful e-learning classroom training workshops and blended learning solutions.
• Program Evaluation:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback assessments and performance data.
• Continuously refine and improve learning initiatives based on data-driven insights and feedback.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with HR department leads and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives align with company goals and culture.
• Act as a consultant to departments needing development solutions.
• Learning Technologies:
• Use learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to deliver and track learning programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Produce regular reports on learning impact and program participation.
• Analyze learning data to identify trends insights and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning and development preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
• Fluent in English-Spanish is desirable.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

Location & Work Model

• Hybrid 2-3 times/week: Our hybrid work model brings us to the office at least twice a week on strategic days designed to maximize team connection and collaboration.
