As a Physical Therapist at MercyOne Genesis you will:
- Provide quality care to a variety of patients in a caring professional and efficient manner
- Evaluate the patients condition and develop implement and coordinate a customized physical rehabilitation plan to enhance strength flexibility range of motion motor control skin integrity balance and functional mobility skills with associated equipment as needed as well as reduce pain and discomfort and prevent secondary impairments in neonatal adolescent adult and geriatric populations
- Complete necessary documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Supervise clinical interns in and effective and professional manner and to supervise supportive staff effectively as required by Iowa and Illinois professional practice acts
Schedule:
- Per Diem (PRN)
- Minimum requirement of 24 scheduled hours per month
- Day Shift
General Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
- Iowa state license
- Basic Life Support within 6 months
- No experience required
