Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Legal/Administrative Assistant for our Pharmacy Benefit Management Compliance & Enforcement (PBM) Unit.
Position Summary:
The PBM Compliance & Enforcement Unit ensures that Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) licensed in the State of Oklahoma comply with the Patients Right to Pharmacy Choice Act Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act and other related Oklahoma statutes and regulations. The Legal/Administrative Assistant will provide legal support directly to the PBM Unit Chief as well as to other attorneys within the PBM Unit who work directly with entities who have a role in the Pharmacy Benefit Management cycle such as PBMs and Pharmacies. Specifically this position will also support PBM Unit staff to manage cases correspondence file organization etc.
