The Position
Production EngineerJob Summary
SAP S/4HANA Migration & Support:
Production (SAP PP): support the creation and migration of production master data assisting Key Users in testing PP processes (including Production Order management) within the new system.
Quality (SAP QM): collaborate on mapping data for Inspection Plans and Lot Management taking an active role in the testing and validation of quality control processes directly in SAP S/4HANA.
Go-Live Support: provide hands-on first-level support to Production and Quality users during the cut-over phase and the immediate weeks following the SAP launch.
Industrial process optimization:
Understand the internal specifications for raw materials additives consumables and production aiming to proactively identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities
Improve production processes through standardisation of activities deployment of instructions and procedures and dedicated trainings
Cultivate and promote safety and continuous improvement culture in the plant
Actively contribute to Imerys Industrial Improvement program
Report production KPIs and PIs identifying the reasons for deviations and low performances
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Engineering (Industrial faculties preferred)
Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office and Google Suite )
Italian as mother tongue and English proficiency
