Help to create an open environment where challenge is met with an open mind in line with the Costa ValuesHelp teams adopt new/contemporary working practices and behaviours including but not limited to specific agile methodologies processes tools and ceremoniesWho you areIts your unique ingredients were interested in:SAFe Scrum Master (or equivalent)/ PMI/APMG Project Manager Certification (or equivalent at basic level)Full demonstrative knowledge of agile practices (SCRUM/Kanban)Influence/Stakeholder managementGovernance processes for IT projectsExcellent communication and presentation skillsLocation Sofia Hybrid The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required.
