To learn more about our Bulgaria hub our roles and Costa Coffee head to our careers site here: youll doBeing a Lead Platform Engineer is your chance to join our exciting hub in Sofia - which means youll :Own platform health and engineering execution across our AWS-based direction for CI/CD automation and quality practices enabling teams to deliver safely and at technical leadership and coaching to backend teams improving delivery predictability time-to-value and raising engineering standards across our UK and international you areIts your unique ingredients were interested in:Strong prior hands-on experience with AWS-based backend systems and a clear understanding of how to design run and evolve them at knowledge of operating live production systems including observability alerting and incident response. A quality-first mindset with practical experience of quality engineering practices automation strategies and shift-left Sofia Hybrid The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required.
