About the Opportunity

Are you a digital specialist with a genuine passion for creating effective online experiences

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and creative digital media and communications professional to take ownership of our digital presence.

In this role you will independently manage and grow our website and social platforms developing engaging content that connects with the community and promotes a positive image of the organisation.

You will oversee all aspects of digital activity from content creation and publishing to improving site structure navigation and user experience while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will keep up with industry trends monitor best practice and continuously refine our digital channels to ensure the community can easily access accurate relevant and engaging information.

This is a chance to make a real impact shaping how the organisation communicates online and strengthening connections with residents ratepayers and the business community.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • A degree in Digital Media Communications Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar digital media or communications role
  • Strong creative writing and social media skills with hands-on experience managing and creating website content

Remuneration

$81605 - $94490 per annum plus superannuation

  • Full-time position 35 hours per week
