As part of CGIs global Health and Wellbeing Center of Expertise you will collaborate with colleagues around the world to support the development and evolution of CGIs wellbeing strategies and resources. While you will be part of a global multicultural team your primary focus will be driving the implementation promotion and continuous improvement of health and wellbeing initiatives across CGIs U.S. Strategic Business Units (SBUs).

In this role you will help position Health and Wellbeing as a strategic partner that enhances the satisfaction and success of CGIs three stakeholdersclients partners and shareholderswith a direct and tangible impact on the experience of our U.S. CGI Partners.

This position sits within the global Human Resources organization and reports directly to the Health and Wellbeing Lead in the United States. Youll join a collaborative team that values shared expertise and partnership. The role combines the strength and structure of a global function with the opportunity to adapt and implement activities that meet the unique needs cultures and realities of our U.S. business.

With a diverse scope of responsibilities you will be at the heart of advancing workplace wellbeing and helping shape a positive supportive experience for CGI Partners across the United States.

CGI will consider candidates in close proximity to any US office with a preference for Fairfax VA and other East coast locations. CGI utilizes a hybrid model and partners should be prepared to work in a local CGI office as needed.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Health & Wellbeing professional supporting two U.S. Strategic Business Units (SBUs) you will help develop implement and enhance CGIs Health & Wellbeing (H&W) offering. Working closely with the Health & Wellbeing Lead HR Business Partners and other HR/CoE teams you will:

. Health & Wellbeing Expertise & Partnership Serve as a subjectmatter expert for HR Business Partners COEs and internal stakeholders by providing guidance best practices and H&W insights. Build strong collaborative relationships across HR and CoE teams to understand needs and recommend H&W solutions aligned with CGI Partner and business priorities. Participate in crossfunctional HR and Corporate Services projects as the H&W representative.
. Program Development Delivery & Operations Cocreate adapt and deploy H&W programs resources and initiatives tailored to the needs and realities of U.S. CGI Partners within the SBUs. Manage and promote key wellbeing programs such as the My Assistance Program (MAP) Mental Health First Aid community and other peertopeer networks. Coordinate with external vendors to design and oversee initiatives within set budget parameters. Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
. Training Education & Communications Develop and deliver customized trainings workshops and presentationsvirtually and in personto increase awareness and engagement in H&W initiatives. Create and support communication plans for the SBUs including recurring digital content such as Teams posts newsletters and targeted internal communications (in partnership with Comms).
. Planning Reporting & Continuous Improvement Contribute to the annual H&W action plan budget and timeline for U.S. SBUs. Analyze H&W data and develop quarterly reports to highlight trends measure impact and inform decisionmaking with HRBPs and CoEs. Monitor market and industry trends in organizational health and wellbeing and recommend enhancements relevant to U.S. needs and local realities. Review H&W processes and initiatives regularly and identify opportunities for improvement.

You naturally build positive collaborative relationships with Partners HR teams and Centers of Expertise and you enjoy contributing to the development of new initiatives. You communicate clearlyboth in writing and in presentationsand feel confident facilitating discussions and trainings for diverse audiences. Youre perceptive and curious able to spot trends or insights in data that help shape meaningful memberfocused solutions. Above all you bring empathy professionalism and a commitment to fostering a culture of wellbeing.

Requirements:

. Relevant Bachelors or Masters degree and/or health and wellbeingrelated certifications
. At least 35 years of experience in workplace health and wellbeing
. Experience acting as a subjectmatter expert on health and wellbeing topics for crossfunctional teams and internal partners
. Knowledge of the latest best practices in organizational and individual health & wellbeing
. Experience with workplace mental health programs and delivering workshops or educational sessions to employees
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Knowledge of general benefits programs is an asset

. Strong listening skills and clear verbal written and presentation abilities
. Ability to build and maintain a network of key relationships across HR Partners and other internal teams to support influence and collaboration
. Ability to spot health & wellbeing trends and interpret indirect data points to inform meaningful recommendations
. Able to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable plans using basic project management skills
. Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and navigating cultural differences
. Open to necessary travel within the U.S.

Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $58000.00 - $156700.00.
