Built on a legacy of quality and innovation we are seeking a Customer Service and Call Center Analyst Intern to join our team and support our continued growth. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and will work in our Katy Texas office.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Analyze ticket volume trends and customer sentiment to identify insights and recommend improvements to customer support operations.
2. Develop and maintain highquality training materials tailored to the evolving needs of call center agents.
3. Enhance AI capabilities within the ticketing system to streamline workflows and accelerate issue resolution.

General Responsibilities

• Fielding customer service calls and tickets
• Analyzing data and creating reports
• Creating PowerPoint presentations

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualification and experiences:

• Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
• Coursework related to Customer Service/Business Management/Data Analytics/Consumer Insights/Artificial Intelligence
• Experience within the retail or hospitality industry

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Soft Skills: Strong communication teamwork problem-solving and adaptability skills
