Job Summary
Job Title: Fleet Analyst
Location: Tulsa OK 74101
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Position Summary
The Fleet Analyst supports fleet operations by coordinating dashcam and telematics deployment maintaining fleet data accuracy and delivering reporting insights. This role partners with Fleet Support (Supply Chain) HSEI Operations and third-party vendors to ensure fleet assets are properly installed connected and tracked. Strong Excel skills organization and communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Dashcam & Telematics Coordination
- Order track and coordinate delivery of dashcams and related hardware
- Schedule and manage third-party installers to ensure timely accurate installations
- Assign devices to vehicles verify connectivity and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Maintain reporting on deployment utilization and data integrity
Fleet Data & Reporting
- Maintain fleet inventory records and vehicle specifications
- Prepare validate and analyze fleet reports (data entry cleansing exception handling)
- Support operational equipment analysis and fleet cost studies
- Provide accurate data insights to leadership and stakeholders
Process & Communication
- Maintain documentation for fleet policies and procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency
- Provide regular updates and respond to field support inquiries
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain logistics fleet operations procurement automotive or safety-related roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Finance or Accounting
- Experience with fleet programs dashcams GPS telematics or safety initiatives
- Familiarity with fleet systems such as Holman Insights or GeoTab
This role requires strong attention to detail the ability to manage multiple priorities and a safety-focused mindset.
