We are looking for enthusiastic agents who are passionate about sales and customer service!
Your role as a B2B Call Center Agent involves engaging with businesses assisting them in finding the best products and services tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include:
- Building lasting relationships with business clients and understanding their requirements.
- Promoting our comprehensive product offerings that suit diverse business needs.
- Utilizing a consultative sales approach to meet client expectations and drive sales.
- Handling inquiries and providing support via inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve processes and sales techniques for better results.
This will be a 12pm - 9pm or 1pm - 10pm schedule.
Requirements - Proven experience in B2B sales or call center roles is preferred but we value a strong willingness to learn!
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential to effectively connect with business clients.
- Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of our products and services in relation to client needs.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and improving customer experiences.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
