Were now looking for a Creative Branding Lead to lead our creative vision manage high-impact projects and elevate both our brand and our clients brands.

Role Overview

As a Creative Branding Lead you will take ownership of branding projects end-to-end from concept to execution. Youll lead creative direction collaborate closely with clients and guide teams to deliver thoughtful visually compelling brand solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive the creative direction and brand identity development across multiple client projects
Manage branding projects from ideation to delivery ensuring timelines quality and consistency
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into impactful brand experiences
Oversee and refine brand identities packaging digital assets and marketing collateral
Align creative output with brand strategy positioning and storytelling
Mentor and collaborate with internal teams while maintaining high creative standards
Continuously improve processes introduce fresh ideas and push creative innovation
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience in branding design and creative leadership
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
Excellent design sensibility with a sharp eye for typography layout and detail
Proven experience in client presentations and stakeholder management
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and relevant design tools
Solid understanding of brand strategy positioning and storytelling
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work
Extra ordinary communication.
