To perform all customer services activities and operations of assigned customers account as to achieve 100% customer service satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform all daily customer service activities and operations including order processing documentation shipping coordination report management invoicing/billing and filing.
- Handle all customers feedback requests and complaints effectively and escalate/ report to superior accordingly.
- Perform and dispatch all invoicing/billing to customer on time
- Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of inventory in systems.
- Collect and compile date for measurement of key performance indicators
- Maintain a current and accurate procedures manual that details the processing requirements for each account.
- Maintain proper documentation of paperwork associated with orders and accounts.
- To take up additional tasks as required meeting the Department needs.
Other Skills
- Computer knowledge (MS Word Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- Customer service skills
- Relevant knowledge in handling customer for specific industry
- Familiar with customers ERP system such as Oracle / SAP (if applicable)
Qualifications :
Minimum Tertiary Education with at least 1 year of working experience in service industry. Knowledge of warehousing and logistics operation is an advantage.
