Job Summary
工作內容
- 辦公室日常行政庶務處理及申請行政部門款項(如物資採買訂購與管理)
- 合約與內部文件之建檔掃描維護與歸檔管理
- 發票傳票等財務文件之整理建檔核對與寄送
- 付款廠商資料建置之線上系統操作
- 每週 12 次郵局文件寄送收發快遞
- 其他主管交辦事項
條件需求
- 五專/大學畢業生
- 英文通(需往來英文書信)
- 熟悉文書處軟體 中英打 (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- 細心親切有責任心
