Junior Mountaineer Club Guide (Part-Time)

The Junior Mountaineer Club Guide is responsible for coordinating the various kids programs that are offered at the property.  This Club Guide plays a key role in ensuring that our younger guests have adventure-based experiences and can enjoy the thrill of adventure art and other activities that align with our one-of-a-kind experiences.  

• Assist in organizing activities
• Supervise Mountaineers during meals
• Assist in overseeing up to 12 kids at a time
• Oversee safety during activities and guiding activities.
• Mediates any campers disputes
• Knows enforces and follows all safety guidelines associated with the camp program including knowing the whereabouts of your Mountaineers at all times
• Help plan and lead activities crafts and games

Pay $16 / hour

Qualifications :

• At Least 18 years of age
• Experience interacting meaningfully and positively with children parents.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail speed accuracy follow-through courtesy cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of guest information and designated hotel data.
• Work collaboratively to create exceptional childrens experiences.
• Ability to plan ahead and use excellent communication skills to collaborate between departments.
• Ability to hike ride horses be active and play outside games.
• Considered applicants must be able to pass a full background check. 
• Basic first aid and CPR certification required
