Job Summary
- Assist with event setup and breakdown including tablescapes décor signage and service stations
- Support event execution ensuring timelines and service standards are met
- Provide warm professional guest service throughout events
- Assist with food and wine service including passing trays and maintaining presentation standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (culinary tasting room operations) to ensure smooth event flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before during and after events
- Help manage event inventory including glassware linens and supplies
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues to enhance the overall experience
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in events hospitality restaurant or winery environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- A polished and professional demeanor
- Basic wine knowledge or a willingness to learn
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or ability to obtain)
Working Conditions
- Primarily on-site at the winery and event venues
- Requires evening weekend and holiday availability
- Fast-paced physically active environment
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.50 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
